How It All VeganHow It All Vegan is more than just a cookbook. It's a glimpse into the hearts and minds of two young women from Canada who sold their home made recipe book at punk concerts and then had the bright idea to get it published for the masses.

I love the commentary under each recipe; makes you feel like they're right there with you. The comments also helped me decide what to make. Our favorite recipe so far is the Greek Salad with faux feta. My entire family loved it and I had to send my mom home with her own supply.

The book also has sections on alternatives and substitutions, vegan kid stuff like how to make bubbles, and a vegan house and home section for making your own vegan cleaning products.

How It All Vegan is a cute cookbook with some intriguing recipes. I am next going to make some of the luscious desserts in the book. Can't wait to try the maple icing!
