Vegan Nutrition: Pure and Simple is a great introduction to veganism for the newcomer. The book provides a quick rundown of why eating animal products is so bad for you, plus it contains a sample food plan and tasty recipes.Article continues below Vegan Nutrition: Pure and Simple is written in the same general style as Pregnancy, Children, and the Vegan Diet. In fact, many of the recipes and nutritional advice are the same. Klaper also provides suggestions for traveling vegans. This book would make a great gift to a friend or family member who would like to either learn more about veganism or give it a try themselves. Klaper is a doctor with years of experience so the book has a great deal of credibility and experience behind it. All in all, a good book for the whole family. |
