Many of our visitors have vegan babies and toddlers.When is it appropriate for them to think about a low fat diet for their children?
Age 2 if they are over weight. Later if the child is trim.

Are the Right Foods products suitable for children?
Yes.

What advice do you have for parents trying to raise their children to be healthy on a vegan diet in today's world?
Provide a plentyful supply of delicious foods. Add B12 to their diet.

Many vegans eat avocados and olive oil in their diets. Are there benefits to eating these foods even though they are high in fat?
They provide easy obtainable concentrated calories that some kids might need.

What would you say is the best source of Vitamin B12 that a vegan can get their hands on?
A supplement bought in a natural foods store.

Eat SmartYour adventures sound wonderful. Are they for families or best for parents traveling without their kids?
Both.

What are some of your favorite things to eat?
Bean burritos, chili, oatmeal, hashbrown potatoes, veggie burgers.

Do you have any more books in the works?
No.
