Vegan Cookies from Allison's Gourmet Personal Development for Smart People |
Product ReviewsAlternative Baking Company Cookieswww.alternativebaking.com Review by Erin Pavlina Alternative Baking Company has been around since 1995. I can remember when I first went vegan in 1997 wondering if anyone was making a commercially available vegan cookie that I could buy in a store so I wouldn't have to keep eating the burned cookies I was trying to make at home. Voila! A trip to my store proved fruitful! Alternative Baking Company cookies to the rescue.
Article continues below These cookies are impressively large and thick. Also impressive are their creative flavors; besides the regulars like chocolate chip, peanut butter, and oatmeal raisin, they also offer interesting flavors like lemon poppyseed, espresso chocolate chip, pumpkin spice, hula nut, and snickerdoodle. And all of their cookies are 100% vegan. Three of their cookies are wheat free as well! You can buy these cookies online or in your local health food store. Since I first became acquainted with this cookie line, the company has really innovated some amazing flavors. All of them are delicious! I can't wait to see what they come up with next! |
