Product ReviewsGlennys Soy Crispswww.glennys.com Review by Rebecca Hess I am in love with Glenny's Onion and Garlic Soy Crisps! These low fat, low calorie (only 65 per serving) delicious crisps are amazing. My new favorite snack comes packed with 10 grams of soy protein, fiber, and 10% of my RDA if iron. The fact that the ingredients are non GMO doesn't hurt either.
I love to read an ingredient list and be able to pronounce and identify every item on it. Such is the case with these soy crisps. The texture vaguely reminds me of a rice cake, only lighter. The onion and garlic flavor is intense, which is just how I like it. If onion and garlic isn't your cup of tea, the crisps also come in apple cinnamon, barbecue, cheddar(not vegan), and lightly salted. Article continues below I've been able to find these at my local health food store and even some supermarket chains. These are great to pack for car rides, lunches, or even to sneak into the movies. Try them-you won't be able to eat just one, and since they're so low in fat and calories you won't have to feel badly about eating them all! |
