Helen's Tofu Steaks

Since I'm always on the lookout for quick, easy, delicious sources of protein to add to my meals, I was happy to try Helen's Kitchen Chicken Flavor Tofu Steaks. Helen's Kitchen has a line of easy to prepare, low fat, GMO free, and gluten free frozen foods. The line includes Indian Curry Tofu Steaks, Italian Tofu Meatballs, and Garden Steak Tofu Steaks along with the Chicken Flavor Tofu Steaks.

I cut the steaks into bite sized pieces and quickly browned them in a little olive oil to heat them through. I then added them to some broccoli, pasta, and garlic for a delicious meal. The chicken flavor steaks have a satisfying flavor that jazzed up my pasta dish. It's nice to know that I have a few of these in the freezer for a quick, nutritious meal.
