Product ReviewsNutrilicious Donutswww.nutrilicious.com Review by Erin Pavlina When it comes to Vegan Junk Food, you might say I am something of an expert. And when people ask me if there is such a thing as a vegan donut, I shock them by announcing that not only is there a vegan donut, but I know of at least 2 companies that make 'em! This is the part where they get down on their knees and beg me for the location of these wonderful gems.
Article continues below The company I'm talking about today is Nutrilicious. They have a great line of vegan donuts that are fantastic tasting and, better yet, reasonably priced! Reasonably priced junk food? Never, you say? Yes, it's out there, you just have to know where to shop. But forget price for a moment, these donuts taste fantastic. Their carob donut has a vanilla cake with carob coating that tastes more like a chocolate coating than it probably should. But for this I'm grateful as I don't care much for carob. So chocolate lovers, trust me, their carob donut is really a chocolate donut in disguise.
Besides chocolate, er I mean carob, they also have a few more flavors. Flavors like Cinnamon Glaze (my favorite!), Apple Spice, Carrot Raisin, Marble Swirl and even Blueberry! That's quite a selection and I heartily suggest trying them all before deciding on your favorite. |
