Panda All Natural Licorice

If you happen to have taken a stroll down the candy aisle lately, you'll know that vegan treats are sometimes hard to find - with gelatin and dairy products lurking in thousands of products, it may often seem that natural, vegan treats are all but non-existent. Fortunately, vegans everywhere can rejoice, for there is indeed a sweet treat to satisfy their needs: Panda Licorice.

Panda Licorice stands out from other fruity or gummy candies in that it is made from nothing but natural ingredients, and many of them are even moderately healthful. The first ingredient in Panda licorice is molasses, a known vegan source of iron and calcium. Other ingredients include black carrot juice concentrate and fruit purees - a far cry from excessively sweetened, conventional alternatives.

In addition to their relative nutritional benefits, Panda licorice products deliver superior taste. Each bite-size piece is pleasantly soft and sweet, with the cherry and raspberry flavors boasting real fruit flavor (derived from the aforementioned purees). Panda Licorice is available in original, cherry, raspberry, and herb flavors; each variety may be purchased in bite-size pieces or in snack-size bars.
