Rising Moon Organics have come in incredibly handy at my house lately. My husband and I just haven't been in the mood to cook and are always thrilled to remember that we have gourmet vegan ravioli in the freezer and gorgeous sauces in the pantry to compliment them! To top it off, all of Rising Moon's products are organic!

The sheer brilliance of Rising Moon's ability to pair complimentary flavors is astounding! Their vegan varieties of ravioli are Mediterranean Garlic & Herb, Creamy Artichoke & Kalamata Olive, Garlic & Roasted Veggies and Green Goddess. Vegan pasta sauce varieties are Garlic & Chanterelle Mushroom, Garlic & Basil, Garlic & Merlot and Hazelnut & Basil Pesto. Since trying them, I have been thinking about how wonderful the Garlic & Roasted Veggies ravioli is! I think they'd be wonderful for a vegan buffet, laid out as an appetizer with toothpicks and Garlic & Merlot sauce to dip them in. I LOVE to serve gourmet, delicious vegan food to non vegans and watch as all of their preconceived ideas about vegan food go right out the window. Rising Moon raviolis and sauces will make that happen.

Depending on how hearty an eater you (and your dining companions) are, you may want to cook more than the suggested serving. While half a package was just the right amount for me, my husband inhaled his in a matter of minutes. All of Rising Moon's creative, delicious vegan varieties will impress guests at a dinner party just as they'll make you feel decadently satisfied while eating a bowl in front of the tv.
