Sauté onion, chili and garlic in a little olive oil until soft. Add mushrooms, sauté few minutes. Add bean sprouts and heat through. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. Cook for about two minutes. Pile onto a warm plate and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and cheese. Comments: Good piled on top of mixed lettuce leaves. Submit a Recipe |
