Oatmeal Hand Scrub

Oatmeal Hand Scrub

By Victoria Nash

Ever wonder how some women always have beautiful and soft hands? The key is moisturizer and maintenance. "If you don't have the time to make a trip to a department store or local drug store, one of the most effective skincare solutions may be found in your own refrigerator," explains Victoria. Here's a do-it-yourself homemade skin-tastic remedy to treat, moisturize and rejuvenate your hands.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon oatmeal
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil

Add the oatmeal to 1/4 cup water and let stand 10 minutes until oatmeal is softened.
Add 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon olive oil to oatmeal and mix well.
Rub mixture into your hands and let stand 1-2 minutes. Rinse with cool water and pat dry. Apply moisturizer to your hands and let it soak in 10-15 minutes.
