Sauté carrots, scallions, tofu, salt and pepper in oil. When carrots are cooked (about 3-4 minutes), add pasta stars and mix everything together. Remove from heat and sprinkle on shoyu or tamari, and mix again. Comments: Makes one kid-size serving. My daughter is a fussy eater and needs calories, so I tend to add a little extra oil. If you're watching fat and calories, you can get by with a little less oil in this recipe. The sweet carrots and shoyu complement each other nicely. Submit a Recipe |
