Why Did You Go Vegan?BidishaWhen I was going to school, my friend Chicho and I decided to try vegetarianism as a way of life. Today he is 8 years old and the light of all our lives. I guess it was God's way of rewarding me for finally thinking of other living creatures. I have been a vegan for eight years and I am very happy with the choice I made. I don't wear anything made out of leather either. And nothing made out animal skin is allowed in our place. I believe that all of us are children of the same God and we have no right to kill animals just to satisfy our own taste bud. I dont believe in the food pyramid.
