I started by becoming vegetarian and became vegan only 3 months after when I realized how closely the meat/dairy/egg industries worked together. I understand people who believe and people who don't believe killing animals for food in this way is wrong, but I still can't understand vegetarians! :) I am very glad I made this choice and I can now live in peace knowing there are no animals being killed or hooked up to machines to make tomorrow's dinner.
