Kate

I became a part vegetarian when I was very little because a)I was allergic to dairy and b)my mother was part vegetarian. Article continues below

When I was with my mother I wouldn't eat any meat and I would drink soya milk. But, unfortunatly, being very young I would eat meat when I was on visits with people. Then my mother met my step father when I was about 3 or 4. When they got married my mother became a vegan. When we started travelling when I was 4 I became a vegan to because my parents were ones. When I got a bit older and when we lived in Britian I saw the ethics of being a vegan and how cruel people were to animals. I read a great animal rights books with lots of gruesome facts. The book was called _ROAR_. I couldn't bear it and ever since I have not eaten meat or dairy or eggs.
