Why Did You Go Vegan?

In the last 2 years I have been doing extensive research into birth practices (which has lead me to the conclusion that unassisted childbirth is the safest way for a healthy woman to birth). Through researching birth I started to notice the emphasis on healthy nutrition as the foundation of a healthy pregnancy. So I started researching diet and nutrition. The more I found, the more I came to the (scientific) conclusion that a vegan diet is healthiest for our bodies and our environment and animals, and should be the norm.

Couldn't help but follow what I found to be true. I thought I was a very healthy person before, but I am amazed at the difference now! I have had a substantial reduction in my (previously chronic) migraines and my seasonal allergies are not as severe.

I've only been vegan for about a month now, and yesterday I bought a garbazo bean salad. When I got home I discovered it had feta cheese in it, so I thought oh well, I'll eat it anyway. Couldn't do it - was way too creamy for my taste!

Anyway, I love being vegan!
