Why Did You Go Vegan?

When my granddaughter was born, there were many transformations for me, first I became a vegetarian and then joined a Yoga class. That was a strong beginning for many changes, after being a vegetarian for 2 years, I found I was still searching for more change. I read Eric Marcus's book "New Ethics for Eating" and Eric Schlossers book "Fast Food Nation". There was NO doubt to be Vegan.

It was an overnight change that affected me forever, its only been 10 months but I know there will be no other way of eating for me. My family are still vegetarians, but slowly considering making more change. Eating less and less dairy, which they consume only as ingredients in products.

My granddaughter who is 3 1/2 is the best! She loves to tell people her "Bah-Bah" is a Vegan and shes a Begetarian )(No spelling error). We have less illness..and better attitudes. God Bless you all in your endeavors.
